This state-of-the-art system is designed to withstand the elements. The base is made from rust free cast aluminum with fiberglass arms. The fiberglass arms will flex in strong winds, transferring some of the wind load off the banner. Cast aluminum base will not rust and the unique base design will fit square, round, or multi-sided poles. Strong 3/4" fiberglass arms reduce wind load from banner.

This package includes:

• (2) Aluminum brackets
• (2) White fiberglass arms
• (2) End caps
• (2) Tie wraps
• (2) Pins & rings
• (4) 40" stainless steel bands
